Pr Ron Woolsey's Responce to Andrews University Paper on Homosexually

Christian Churches around the world, including the Seventh-day Adventist Church, are presently attempting to determine how the Biblical injunctions on homosexuality and the unconditional love for sinners allows them to relate to the spate of new legislation in many countries that endorse gay marriage and the adoption of children by gay couples.  Flowing from this legislation then are the implications for church membership, church employment and holding church office, etc.

Recently an Andrews University, Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary Position Paper (An Understanding of the Biblical View on Homosexual Practice and Pastoral Care) was voted for approval on October 9, 2015.  It is intended to be a discussion paper.   A response to the paper has been released by Pastor Ron Woolsey (The Prefix Christian) who conducts a redemptive ministry for gay folks who believe there lifestyle and orientation is not Biblical.  Pastor Woolsey conducted a seminar series for Steps to Life several years back entitled Alternative Sexuality and the Christian Church.  DVDs of his presentation are still available from STL.

Steps to Life has placed both of these  papers on its website and FaceBook page for your information.

Ron Woolsey's responce is posted below. You can read the Andrews University, Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary Position Paper here: http://www.steps.org.au/docs/seminary-statement-on-homosexuality-edited-10-8-15-jm-final.pdf
